KAMISHA M. MICKEY

Kamisha M. Mickey is the managing attorney and founder of Mickey Law Group, PLLC (“MLG”). She built this firm to center around doing work that she loves for clients she enjoys working with. Naturally, her client-base consists of ambitious and determined individuals who are chasing their dreams.

Ms. Mickey's legal career initially focused on employment law, which evolved to include other transactional areas including business formation and selecting the appropriate legal entity; compliance; contract negotiations; and advising owners on succession planning. In addition, Ms. Mickey helps businesses and individuals identify, cultivate, and secure their intellectual property and protect their brands.

Throughout Ms. Mickey's career, she also gained experience assisting families and individuals through difficult times in their lives. She has a wealth of experience with divorces and custody issues and helping individuals get their social security disability benefits.

​While Ms. Mickey is based in Houston, she provides services to clients throughout the U.S. and practices in courts all over the state of Texas. She is actively involved with the Notre Dame Club of Houston (GO IRISH!), Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Victory Houston, and American Cancer Society.
