CHILD SUPPORT

If you get a divorce or are unmarried and have a child, both parents will be legally obligated to support that child until the age of 18, sometimes longer. Our attorneys will help inform you of the rights and responsibilities of each parent so that you can make informed decisions under our guidance.

If you are struggling with issues related to child support, enforcement or modification, and do not know what to do, let MLG provide assistance. During divorce or child support negotiations our attorneys provide counsel to parents and legal guardians regarding child support ordered by the state and any instances which would warrant additional support. It is our mission to ensure your child receives the support he or she needs and deserves.

Taking your individual case needs into account, our professional lawyers will assist you in finding the best legal solutions to matters pertaining to child support. We consider a variety of factors to give you a fully customized solution that is appropriate to your legal situation.
